  M.B.B.S degree wi\ufb01i excellent academic<\/p>\n
 regards: it is the case of petitioners that, in the<\/p>\n
 eeunseling conducted by me respondents and pursuant<\/p>\n

\nto the allotment of seat by the Common Entrance Test<\/p>\n
Celi in the sixth respondent \u00ab- Medical College,<\/p>\n
petitioners have paid the tuition fees and material chajrgee.:p’ ._<\/p>\n
to the respondenm. Be that as it may, the   <\/p>\n
have taken a policy decision that, per\u00e9one  <\/p>\n
Category I are eligible for full seholarehripand <\/p>\n
from payment of Miecellaneoueoie\u00bbeiepens%i_
\nGovernment Orders  vi’:iiAn,nexure  but
\nunfortunately, Government. has  is\u00bbi7a’,\u00a7’*iiii:iened nor
\nreleased the    to get the
\nrefund of:’:?_e1e_ paid rbyiihem.’ to the College for the<\/p>\n
rapective academic  ‘Petitioners are persuading<\/p>\n
their  in  respondent – Medical College<\/p>\n
i’end;\ufb01iet,  iviioilege authorities are now insisting upon<\/p>\n
 the  pay the fees every now and then.\n<\/p>\n
..ijg..Ti’1erefore,ji’ithis their mse that, they are unable to<\/p>\n
 \u00ab..c’eneenti*ate on their studies and maintain their academic<\/p>\n

 eimilarly situated persons o had taken their admission<\/p>\n

for the academic year 2004-05 have been sanctioned and<\/p>\n
reieased the fees but in case of \ufb02weee petitioners, <\/p>\n
been denied, resulting in hostile diecriminatioriiiandiipi <\/p>\n

that, since they had no other

\nrefund the epecific case that,
