They are now aggrieved by the alleged<\/p>\n<p>oral direction issued by the 1st respondent directing the dealers to avail<\/p>\n<p>of the service of the trucks offered by the transporting contractors for<\/p>\n<p>transporting petroleum products from the 1st respondent to the retail<\/p>\n<p>outlets of the petroleum dealers, instead of using own trucks of the<\/p>\n<p>dealers.   In   respect   thereof,  the  petitioner   has  filed   Ext.P3<\/p>\n<p>representation before the 2nd respondent. The petitioner seeks a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I have heard the learned standing counsel appearing for<\/p>\n<p>the respondents also.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.
