\nand    the surveyor. Petitioner has<\/p>\n

 v  _Coroini;$sioner. nit’ incumbent for the Court: to examine<\/p>\n
    necessary orders on the objections<\/p>\n
 ifiiereaiter decide whether to accept the report<\/p>\n
npsubmitted by the Commissioner in toto or on such<\/p>\n
