BHATT\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 17\/03\/2011 \n\n \n\n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>(Per<br \/>\n: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI)<\/p>\n<p>1.0\tPresent<br \/>\napplication is filed through jail seeking 60 days&#8217; Temporary Bail on<br \/>\nthe ground of arranging for financial assistance to the family<br \/>\nmembers.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.0\tLearned<br \/>\nAdditional Public Prosecutor Mr. Raval made available for perusal the<br \/>\nPolice Opinion along with the statements of the brothers of the<br \/>\nconvict and the mother of the convict recorded.  It is stated that<br \/>\nthe brothers are staying at Surat and the mother is aged about 65<br \/>\nyears, about which, she has stated that, she does not know the exact<br \/>\nage, as she is illiterate.  The mother has also stated that she is<br \/>\nhaving pain of &#8216;Stone&#8217; and she is also &#8216;Asthmatic&#8217;.  In support of<br \/>\nthe application, a Certificate from the Sarpanch of Udhdi Gran<br \/>\nPanchayat is enclosed.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0\tTaking<br \/>\ninto consideration the contents of the application and the Police<br \/>\nOpinion, the application is allowed.  The applicant is ordered to be<br \/>\nreleased on Temporary Bail for a period of 30 days from<br \/>\nthe date of his release, on his executing a personal bond of<br \/>\nRs.5,000\/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the<br \/>\njail authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.1\tThe<br \/>\napplicant shall surrender to the jail authorities on expiry of the<br \/>\nTemporary Bail period.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.2\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute.\n<\/p>\n<p>[<br \/>\nRavi R.
