Design and Design, personal ledger of Flat No. B-501 giving<br \/>\nfull details, cost and formula of charging, list of outstanding dues payable etc.<br \/>\n                               Detail of required information:-\n<\/p>\n<p> S. Final cost of each flat certified by Society Final cost of the flats has yet<br \/>\n           Architect M\/s. Design and Design.             not been finalized.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.         Certified copy of the personal ledger of Flat Certified copy of the personal<br \/>\n           No. B-501 giving full details from date of ledger of Flat no. B-501 can be<br \/>\n           joining of society membership to till date.   had by the applicant from the<br \/>\n                                                         Society office during working<br \/>\n                                                         hours on payment of requisite<br \/>\n                                                         charges.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.         Basis of demand of Rs.4579\/- as towards As per the decision of the<br \/>\n           construction cast and formula of charging previous Managing Committee<br \/>\n           of Rs. 7782\/- as interest on Rs. 4579\/- as of the Society in which the<br \/>\n           demanded by the society which was paid applicant was the Vice-<br \/>\n           by me under protest vide receipt no 11974 President.<br \/>\n           dated 04\/02\/2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.         List of outstanding dues payable by Sh. The applicant may be advised<br \/>\n           S.C. Kushal (President) Sh. S.K.Singhal, to contact the Treasures of the<br \/>\n           (Secretary), and Sh. R.P.Jain (Treasurer) on Society on a mutually agreed<br \/>\n           account of construction cast, equalization time and date to seek this<br \/>\n           charges, interest on delayed payment, information as all matters<br \/>\n           maintenance \/ electricity \/ water charges \/ pertaining to accounts are dealt<br \/>\n           ground rent as on dated i.e. 10th of March, with by him<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">           2008<\/span><br \/>\n The First Appellate Authority ordered: &#8211;\n<\/p>\n<p>        &#8220;The President and Secretary are directed to furnish above information exactly<br \/>\ninformation exactly as asked by the appellant by 07\/07\/2008. The matter shall come up<br \/>\ncome up for hearing on 09\/07\/2008 at 03.00 PM. The President and Secretary of society<br \/>\nhave already been show caused u\/s 139 of the Act for imposing penalty and no reply has<br \/>\nbeen received from the President and Secretary. The date for submission of reply to the<br \/>\nabove Show Cause Notice is extended till 09\/07\/2008 at 03.00 PM. In case President and<br \/>\nsecretary do not appear on that date and do not submit the proper reply.
