No.23458 of 2010\n                   RAM PRAVESH CHOUHAN son of Kedar Chouhan\n                                       Versus\n                                 STATE OF BIHAR\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/   26.10.2010                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                     offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 376, 511, 354 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                     Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering that the petitioner for misuse of privilege of<\/p>\n<p>                     bail for about five years has remained in custody since 10.5.2010, let<\/p>\n<p>                     the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                     bond of Rs.5,000\/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                     amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court concerned<\/p>\n<p>                     to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-cum- Fast Track<\/p>\n<p>                     Court No. IV, Nawada, in connection with Roh P.S. case no.07 of<\/p>\n<p>                     2001 (Sessions Trial No. No.167 of 2001\/ 62 of 2004),subject to the<\/p>\n<p>                     conditions (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he<\/p>\n<p>                     is related with the petitioner and the other bailor shall be the father<\/p>\n<p>                     of the petitioner.
