grievances   regarding   recovery   as   per   Ext.P3.     In   case   the<\/p>\n
petitioner   has  any   surviving   grievance,  it   is   for   him   to   approach<\/p>\n
the   second   respondent,   in   which   case,   the   matter   will   be   duly<\/p>\n
considered and appropriate orders in accordance with law will be<\/p>\n
passed by the said respondent within another two months.<\/p>\n
             The writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n
