Solicitor General Mr. P.S. Champaneri has stated that he would<br \/>\nalso see that a decision is taken, but has requested that some time<br \/>\nmay be necessary.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tTherefore,<br \/>\nconsidering the nature of the controversy, it is desirable that<br \/>\nrespondent No. 2 army authorities may consider the proposal given by<br \/>\nrespondent No. 3-Corporation with human touch and positive attitude<br \/>\nso as to find out some workable solution without compromising their<br \/>\napprehensions about security or other such considerations.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tLearned<br \/>\ncounsel Mr. Champaneri will impress upon the authorities concerned to<br \/>\nexpedite consideration of the proposal and respondent No. 2 shall<br \/>\ntake appropriate decision within four weeks and in any case on or<br \/>\nbefore 14.6.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tS.O.\n<\/p>\n<p>to 14.6.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>(Rajesh<br \/>\nH.
