No. 1381 of 2011\n                                         ...\n<\/pre>\n<p>                          As prayed by Mrs. Jashodhara Tripathy, her name be<br \/>\n           deleted from the cause list.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Heard the parties on the prayer for bail.<br \/>\n                          It is submitted that similarly situated co-convicts were<br \/>\n           granted bail on 12.07.2011 in connected Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 495 of 2008<br \/>\n           on the ground of custody and that the appellant has remained in jail for<br \/>\n           about five years and nine months and that the same order may be passed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          State counsel could not dispute this position.<br \/>\n                          Keeping in view the said submissions of Mr. Lukesh<br \/>\n           Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant and the period of custody of the<br \/>\n           appellant, during the pendency of this appeal, the appellant, above named<br \/>\n           is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-<br \/>\n           (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<br \/>\n           satisfaction of the learned trial court (Additional Sessions Judge, 1st cum<br \/>\n           Special Judge SC &amp; ST, Dhanbad) in connection with S.T. Case No. 35 of<br \/>\n           2006 on the conditions that (i) one of the bailors will be close relative of<br \/>\n           the appellant, (ii) the other bailor should have landed property within the<br \/>\n           jurisdiction of the Court, &amp; (iii) the appellant will deposit the amount of<br \/>\n           fine imposed on him by the trial court without prejudice and subject to the<br \/>\n           decision of the case.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          I.A.
