  Gulbarga Dist. The plaintii\ufb01 has claimed her title<\/p>\n

  have been executed by the \ufb01rst defendant being the<\/p>\n
owner of it. It is not in dispute between the parties to<\/p>\n

the said suit that the first defenciant<\/p>\n

6. Based on the rival contentions in the<\/p>\n
 [pleadings of the parties i.e. the plain: and the written<\/p>\n

are of the considered opinion that the plaintiff has<\/p>\n
miserably failed to establish her title to the <\/p>\n
property and as such, the suit has been ~u<\/p>\n
dismissed by the learned Civil Judge.<\/p>\n
7. The second defendant contested  of  K a<\/p>\n
plaintiff on the ground that he <\/p>\n
son of first defendant. He V.  the
\nadoption deed execute-.z1V.  xiililiohehis not
\ndisputed. This  value under
\nSec. 16   Maintenance Act,
\n1956   Whenever any document,<\/p>\n
registered  .siiyAA’3sW”iifor the time being in force is<\/p>\n
  purporting to record an<\/p>\n
  is signed by the person g1vm’ ‘ g and<\/p>\n
the   the child in adoption, the court shall<\/p>\n
‘that the adoption has been made in<\/p>\n
   with the provisions of this Act unless and<\/p>\n
 ’11’  it is disproved.” On this ground also, the piainti\ufb02’<\/p>\n
  e “does not get any title to the said property. Therefore, the<\/p>\n
learned Civil Judge has rightly dismissed the suit of the<\/p>\n
