Admit the appeal. The Lower Court Record has already<\/p>\n<p>                        been called for in Cr.Appeal No.1165 of 2010.            The three<\/p>\n<p>                        appellants are not the assailant of the deceased. All the three<\/p>\n<p>                        appellants have been convicted under Section 302\/34 and 27 of the<\/p>\n<p>                        Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Considering the above facts, the prayer for bail of the<\/p>\n<p>                        appellants is allowed.
