Further it is\n\n that there is no other independent witness who\n\n  had seen the ailmed incident of robbery. P.W.3 has not\n\ndeposed before the Court as to who had assaulted 'm\n\nk\n\n\n\nparticular portion of the body and as to what \n\nFurther it is argued that 1.0. \/P.W. 14 has not \n\nany materials to identify the accused   _  \n\nthat the evidence of P.W.3 has   \n\nthe trial Court without any  11:5  \n\nthe rules of evidence. P.W.4  etll\u00e9ee   of\nP.W.3 and he is not an 'jgyg ._a.lfid..acooIt!'  to him\nhe had been to the  he saw\n\nhis mother   injuries at the hands of\n\nthe accused  weapons. e  es; tee time of the incident. The evidence of P.W.3<\/p>\n
  that they are residing in the farm house<\/p>\n
 they have installed a power set and electnca’ 1<\/p>\n
connections were taken even to the farm house.<\/p>\n
Considering the fact that P.W.3 is a rustic village women,<\/p>\n
the incident is said to have taken place a <\/p>\n
and her evidence Ins been   “thef{‘,e*u;;z_’i:<\/p>\n
during 2003 after a lapse ofeiwo <\/p>\n
the minor discrepancies in .Asa\u00a2em  negngblc.<\/p>\n
According to her    Nos. 1 and 2<\/span>
\nassaulted the  dagger and
\nMangalasuiifae    forcibly thereby,
\ncausing   is also clear
\nthat      accused snatched her<\/p>\n
