RAMKUMAR, J.\n                 .........................................\n                   B.A. NO. 7515 of 2009\n                 ..........................................\n                  Dated: 26th March, 2010\n\n                                ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners who are the accused in Crime No. 710 of 2009 of<br \/>\nParassala Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram District for offences<br \/>\npunishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 249, 294 (b) 429, 452,<br \/>\n427 and Sec. 27 of the Arms Act, seeks anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<br \/>\nnature.   But at the same time,           I am inclined to permit the<br \/>\npetitioners to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the<br \/>\npurpose of interrogation and then to have their application for bail<br \/>\nconsidered by the Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly, the<br \/>\npetitioners shall surrender before the investigating officer on 7-4-<br \/>\n2010 or 8-4-2010       for the purpose of interrogation and recovery<br \/>\nof incriminating material, if any. The petitioners shall thereafter be<br \/>\nproduced on the same day before the Magistrate concerned. On<br \/>\nbeing convinced that the petitioners have been interrogated by the<br \/>\npolice, the Magistrate shall release the petitioners on bail on each<br \/>\nof the   petitioners executing a bond for Rs. 25,000\/- (Rupees<br \/>\ntwenty five thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like<br \/>\namount to the satisfaction of the Magistrate and subject to the<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A. No. 7515 of 2009                -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>following conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             1.     Petitioners  shall report before the Investigating<br \/>\n             Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             2. Petitioners   shall make themselves      available for<br \/>\n             interrogation including custodial interrogation as and<br \/>\n             when required by the Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             3.     Petitioners shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n             prosecution witnesses nor shall they attempt to tamper<br \/>\n             with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             4.     Petitioners shall not commit any offence while on<br \/>\n             bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              5.
