Induchoodan\n\nName of the Public Authority:         Hindustan Organic Chemicals Ltd.\n                                                   i\n                                       Decision:\n\n1.    The complaint was heard in absence of the complainant on 22\/2\/2010.\n\n\n2.    The CPIO stated that the complainant has repeatedly asked identical\ninformation through different applications.        The information has already been\nfurnished. He also stated that the complainant has grievances regarding service\nmatters and the case is pending before the Court for adjudication.\n\n\n3.    The CPIO also said that the complainant was mis-using the provisions of\nthe RTI Act to harass the officials of the respondent. The CPIO has already<\/pre>\n<p>provided the information, yet, the complainant has sought for information through<br \/>\nvarious queries, which relate to an ongoing dispute between the parties. The<br \/>\nrespondent has initiated disciplinary action against the appellant. Even though<br \/>\nthe matter is pending before the Court for adjudication, the appellant is resorting<br \/>\nto forum hunting for redressal of his grievances.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.    It was, however, agreed during the hearing that the CPIO would suitably<br \/>\nrespond again within 10 working days from the date of issue of this decision and<\/p>\n<p>                 i<br \/>\n                     &#8220;If you don&#8217;t ask, you don&#8217;t get.&#8221; &#8211; Mahatma Gandhi<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                             1<\/span><br \/>\n furnish the information asked for by the complainant vide his application dated<br \/>\n31\/3\/2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.
