Anand Moha Jha\n                               Versus\n                          THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.   07.7.2008            Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Raj<\/p>\n<p>                 Nagar     P.S.Case          No.95\/2007         registered             under<\/p>\n<p>                 Sections       498A\/     34    of    the   Indian         Penal       Code,<\/p>\n<p>                 Section 3\/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and pray<\/p>\n<p>                 for grant of anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>                          Mr.Pushkar         Narain     Shahi,           appearing        on<\/p>\n<p>                 behalf    of     the    petitioners,          submits          that    the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioners are other than the husband of the<\/p>\n<p>                 victim    lady     and      there    is    general        and   omnibus<\/p>\n<p>                 allegation against them<\/p>\n<p>                          Mr.Dinesh            Singh,       Additional             Public<\/p>\n<p>                 Prosecutor appears for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                          Having heard learned counsel for the party<\/p>\n<p>                 and     taking    into        consideration         the       facts    and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances          of      the     case,        I     allow       this<\/p>\n<p>                 application       and       direct     that    in       the    event     of<\/p>\n<p>                 arrest\/surrender within four weeks, petitioners,<\/p>\n<p>                 named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                 personal bond of Rs.10,000\/ (ten thousand) each<\/p>\n<p>                 with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                 satisfaction of the Chief judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                 Madhubani in Raj Nagar P.S.Case No.95 of 2007<\/p>\n<p>                 (G.R.No.875\/2007).\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>             However, before releasing the petitioners,<\/p>\n<p>      the   learned   Magistrate   shall   ensure   that   the<\/p>\n<p>      husband of the victim lady, whose prayer for bail<\/p>\n<p>      has already been rejected by order dated 7.7.2008<\/p>\n<p>      passed in Cr.Misc.
