BRIJ BIHARI YADAV\n                             ------------------------------ PETITIONERS\n                                               Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   20.9.2010              This is an application for modification<\/p>\n<p>                of order dated 31.8.2010 passed in Cr.Misc.No.<\/p>\n<p>                27310 of 2010 in which petitioners were allowed<\/p>\n<p>                anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest<\/p>\n<p>                or surrender in the court below within one month<\/p>\n<p>                from    the    date     of    communication           of    the       order<\/p>\n<p>                dated 31.8.2010. However, it is submitted that<\/p>\n<p>                the    petitioners           failed     to   surrender           in     the<\/p>\n<p>                prescribed time for the reasons that in the said<\/p>\n<p>                order at the bottom of 4th paragraph, &#8216;J.M., 1st<\/p>\n<p>                Class, West Champaran, Bettiah&#8217; instead of &#8216;Sri<\/p>\n<p>                Ajay    Kumar,        Judicial        Magistrate,          1st    Class,<\/p>\n<p>                Bagaha, West Champaran&#8217; has been typed as the<\/p>\n<p>                same    has        wrongly     been     typed     in       the    prayer<\/p>\n<p>                portion       of    main     application        for    anticipatory<\/p>\n<p>                bail.
