Respondents. \n\n\nPrayer: This petition has been filed seeking for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the first respondent in connection with the order passed by him in his proceedings in G.O.Ms.No.332, dated 22.12.94, and quash the same to the extent of prescribing the minimum educational qualification as basic qualification for appointment to the post of Forest Worker and direct the respondents to consider the case of the applicant for appointment to the post of Forest Worker with effect from the date of appointment given to other similarly placed candidtates by the 4th and 5th respondents in their proceedings PA.A.No.3\/90\/PA 2, dated 10.1.90 and S.No.73\/92\/E1, dated 11.3.92, with effect from the date of appointment given to the candidates mentioned in those orders with all monetary and service benefits. \n\n\n\t\tFor Petitioner \t  : Mr.R.Singaravelan\n\n\t\tFor Respondents   : Mr.T.Seenivasan\n\t\t\t\t\t    Additional Government Pleader\n\nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tHeard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.<\/p>\n<p>\t2. Though the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice, if the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.1.96, is directed to be disposed of by the third respondent, in view of G.O.Ms.No.64, Environment and Forest Department, dated 8.3.99, on merits, within a specified period. <\/p>\n<p>\t3. The learned Additional Government Pleader has no objection for this Court passing such an order. <\/p>\n<p>\t4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, without going into the merits of case, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 19.1.96, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.64, Environment and Forest Department, dated 8.3.99, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if it has not been disposed of till date. The petitioner is directed to furnish to the third respondent a copy of the representation, dated 19.1.96, and the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.64, Environment and Forest Department, dated 8.3.99, along with a copy of this order.<br \/>\n\tThe writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
