JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR\n<\/p>\n<p>                                         &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;\n<\/p>\n<p>Rakesh Kumar,J.               Today again when the case was called out, none<\/p>\n<p>                  appeared on behalf of the petitioner either to press this petition or<\/p>\n<p>                  to make a prayer for adjournment. Yesterday i.e. 24.10.2010 also<\/p>\n<p>                  none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on call of the case.<\/p>\n<p>                  However, the case was adjourned for the day with an indication<\/p>\n<p>                  that no further adjournment shall be granted.<\/p>\n<p>                              2.   I have heard Mr.Indu Bala Pandey, learned Addl.<\/p>\n<p>                  Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. I have also<\/p>\n<p>                  perused the materials available on the record.<\/p>\n<p>                              3. The petitioner, while invoking inherent jurisdiction<\/p>\n<p>                  of this court under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,<\/p>\n<p>                  has prayed for quashing of an order dated 17.7.2000 passed by the<\/p>\n<p>                  Incharge Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachhia in<\/p>\n<p>                  Naugachhia (Parbatta) P.S. Case No.239 of 1999. By the said<\/p>\n<p>                  order the learned Magistrate has accepted final form submitted by<\/p>\n<p>                  the police. The petitioner has further prayed for quashing of an<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                       order dated 2.2.2002 passed by 2nd Additional Sessions Judge,<\/p>\n<p>                       Naugachhia in Cr.Revision No.276 of 2000. The revisional court<\/p>\n<p>                       has confirmed the order of acceptance of the final form. I do not<\/p>\n<p>                       find any defect in both the orders.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   4.
