A copy of his RTI-<br \/>\napplication is enclosed.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.     The Commission has decided to treat this petition as a complaint under Section 18 of the<br \/>\nRTI-Act, 2005, and hereby directs the Public Information Officer, to take action as mandated under<br \/>\nthe RTI Act 2005.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.      Since the PIO has failed to respond to the RTI-application mentioned above in time, he\/she<br \/>\nis, therefore, required to send his\/her explanation in writing by 09\/06\/2010 to show cause as to<br \/>\nwhy a penalty of Rs.25,000\/-for delay in supply of information may not be levied upon him\/her.<br \/>\nHe\/she should also appear before this Commission at the above address on 14\/06\/2010 at 03:30<br \/>\npm. alongwith all the relevant files\/documents.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.     For this hearing, he\/she may bring along with him\/her other officials whose assistance has<br \/>\nbeen sought for replying to the RTI-application.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.     In case the complainant does not receive the desired information, in response to the present<br \/>\norder of the Commission, he may also be present during the hearing to be held on 14\/06\/2010 at<br \/>\n03:30 pm.<\/p>\n<p>                                                                                             (Smt.
