Respondent\/s<br \/>\n                 ======================================================<br \/>\n                 Appearance :\n<\/p>\n<p>                 For the Appellant\/s        :     Mr. Rajendra Kumar Giri<br \/>\n                 For the Respondent\/s       :     Mr. Chandra Mohan Singh<br \/>\n                 ======================================================<\/p>\n<p>2   11-07-2011                Heard learned counsel for the University.<\/p>\n<p>                             On account of having worked earlier in the Rajendra<\/p>\n<p>                 Agriculture University the appellant applied for appointment in<\/p>\n<p>                 response to advertisement for the 65% post as per direction of the<\/p>\n<p>                 Supreme Court. He applied for the post of Steno Typist as well as<\/p>\n<p>                 for the post of P.A.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              According to the counsel for the appellant, on account<\/p>\n<p>                 of marks obtained, the appellant ought to have been selected<\/p>\n<p>                 against either of the post, but, he was not given marks in the copy<\/p>\n<p>                 for the test held in Shorthand and Type Writing for the post of<\/p>\n<p>                 P.A. For the higher post of P.A. proficiency in English Shorthand<\/p>\n<p>                 as well as Hindi Shorthand is a necessary qualification.<\/p>\n<p>                              The same qualification is prescribed for the post of<\/p>\n<p>                 Steno Typist also but with lower standard in respect of speed.<\/p>\n<p>                              On behalf of the appellant it has been submitted that<br \/>\n                after holding test in shorthand, he was selected and is working as a<\/p>\n<p>               Stenographer Typist in the University but his copy of the Hindi<\/p>\n<p>               Shorthand has not been evaluated and neither any marks was<\/p>\n<p>               allotted to him nor the examiner has signed on the said copy.<\/p>\n<p>                            According to appellant there was internal report<\/p>\n<p>               presented before a Committee that his copy of Hindi Shorthand<\/p>\n<p>               test was not available.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              We would like to see the answer sheet\/copy of the<\/p>\n<p>               appellant and the concerned respondents on the next date.
