Misc. Case No.8767(B) of<br \/>\n2009. Further submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that<br \/>\nthere is a cross version of this case and the F.I.R. of the same was<br \/>\nlodged as case crime no.448-A\/2009 u\/s 147\/148\/149\/336\/504\/506 IPC.<br \/>\nThis incident had taken place on 19.7.2009 at about 9.00 A.M., as<br \/>\nadmitted by both the parties. The dispute shown in both the F.I.R.s is of<br \/>\nsome agricultural land. There are two persons injured from the side of<br \/>\nthe accused-applicant, as averred in the F.I.R. At this stage it cannot be<br \/>\nsaid as to who was the aggressor. The applicant is in jail since<br \/>\n28.7.2009, as averred in para 10 of the application and has no criminal<br \/>\nhistory as averred in para 16 of the application.\n<\/p>\n<p>Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, I direct that the<br \/>\napplicant be released on bail in case Crime No.448\/2009 u\/s<br \/>\n147\/148\/149\/307\/504 IPC P.S.Harpalpur District Hardoi on his filing a<br \/>\npersonal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the<br \/>\nsatisfaction of the court concerned\/remand Magistrate.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order Date :- 22.1.2010<br \/>\nkvg\/-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Allahabad High Court Amar Singh vs State Of U.P. on 22 January, 2010 Court No. &#8211; 8 Case :- BAIL No. &#8211; 8358 of 2009 Petitioner :- Amar Singh Respondent :- State Of U.P.
