03\/-    21\/11\/2011                 Heard Mr. Rajiv Ranjan Meena learned counsel for<\/p>\n
                      the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and Mr.<\/p>\n
                      Parmanand Prasad learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the<\/p>\n
                      State, who is armed with carbon \/xerox copy of the case diary up<\/p>\n
                      to paragraph – 76 dated 02\/09\/2011.\n<\/p>\n
                                   The petitioner apprehending his arrest, in connection<\/p>\n
                      with Rahui (Bhagan Bigha) P.S. Case No. 145 of 2011 for the<\/p>\n
                      offence punishable under Sections 452\/302\/34 of the Indian<\/p>\n
                      Penal Code, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n
                      Nalanda at Bihar Sharif.\n<\/p>\n
                                   After some arguments, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n
                      petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a<\/p>\n
                      liberty to surrender before the court below within a fortnight for<\/p>\n
                      a prayer of regular bail, which shall be considered on its own<\/p>\n
                      merit, without being prejudiced of instant withdrawal.<\/p>\n
                                   Permission is granted.\n<\/p>\n
                                   Accordingly, this application stands disposed of as<\/p>\n
                      withdrawn.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
