Misc. No.20395 of<\/p>\n<p>                      2010 (Annexure-2).\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Taking that into consideration petitioner is also<\/p>\n<p>                      allowed the same privilege.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be<\/p>\n<p>                      released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                      (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                      the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur<\/p>\n<p>                      in connection with Nath Nagar P. S.
