The appellant has filed\nvarious written complaints regarding the same but nothing has been done. Why these wires have not been\nremoved. When these wires would be removed? And various other information regarding the same is\nrequired.\n\nReply from the PIO:-\nThe PIO replied that it is not possible to reply hypothetical questions.\n\nGrounds for First Appeal:\nUnsatisfactory information provided by PIO\n\nFAA's Order:-\nNot ordered.\n\nGrounds for Second Appeal:\nNo reply was made to the appellant.\n Relevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. Ashok Kumar<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. Rajsekhar Devguptapu, PIO &amp; Assistant Secretary;\n<\/p>\n<p>       The PIO replied that it is not possible to reply hypothetical questions.
