Brahmbhatt,<br \/>\n\tlearned advocate appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to<br \/>\n\twithdraw this petition, as the Revision application is pending and<br \/>\n\tonly the interim order is sought to be challenged in this petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tPermission, as sought<br \/>\n\tfor is granted.  The matter is disposed of as withdrawn.  At this<br \/>\n\tstage, Shri Brahmbhatt has prayed that let there be a direction to<br \/>\n\tthe concerned respondent i.e. respondent no.1 for expeditious<br \/>\n\tdisposal of the Revision Application pending before him, wherein the<br \/>\n\tinterim order is passed which is impugned in this petition to which<br \/>\n\tlearned Assistant Government Pleader, on advance copy, and learned<br \/>\n\tcounsel for respondent no.3 have no objection.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHence, respondent no.1<br \/>\n\tis hereby directed to dispose of the Revision Application filed by<br \/>\n\trespondent no.3, as expeditiously\tas possible preferably within six<br \/>\n\tmonths from the date of receipt of this order.
