NO. 13004 OF 2009\n             = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n        Dated this the 30th day of April, 2009.\n\n                      J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners  are    aggrieved   by   Exts.P1    and    P2<\/p>\n<p>proceedings initiated by the authorities of the respondent,<\/p>\n<p>Board, for recovery of the excess pay effected to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners due to wrong fixation. The learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners submits that the grievance projected in the<\/p>\n<p>present writ petition is confined, for the time being, only to<\/p>\n<p>the 2nd petitioner, simultaneously adding that the same has<\/p>\n<p>been taken up before the first respondent as borne by<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P3.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    Heard the learned Standing Counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>respondent, Board as well. In the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider the grievance projected by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner in Ext.P3 representation and to pass appropriate<\/p>\n<p>orders in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of<\/p>\n<p>hearing to the 2nd petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and<\/p>\n<p>W.P.C. 13004 OF 2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>at any rate within three months from the date of receipt of a<\/p>\n<p>copy of the judgment. Till such time no recovery shall be<\/p>\n<p>effected from the salary of the 2nd petitioner pursuant to<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P1 and P2.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>                      P.R.
