Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :20\/07\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                     ================\n                  W.P.(C) NO. 22482 OF 2010 (I)\n                  =====================\n\n              Dated this the 20th day of July, 2010\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner is a Head Nurse in the District Hospital, Manjeri.<\/p>\n<p>According to the petitioner, she sought transfer to Trichur<\/p>\n<p>District and has been applying for the same since 2008. It is<\/p>\n<p>stated that, till date, her claim has not been considered, and that,<\/p>\n<p>as at present, there are vacancies available for transferring her<\/p>\n<p>to Trichur District. It is stated that, therefore, she submitted<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P5 representation to the 2nd respondent and seeks a direction<\/p>\n<p>for its consideration.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    If as stated by the petitioner, Ext.P5 representation<\/p>\n<p>has been made, which has been received and is pending before<\/p>\n<p>the 2nd respondent, it is directed that the 2nd respondent shall<\/p>\n<p>consider Ext.P5.
