No.39859 of 2010\n                             RAM BILASH SINGH son of Late Sakal Singh\n                                                  Versus\n                                          STATE OF BIHAR\n                                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/      22.12.2010             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner is an accused in a case under Sections 147, 148,<\/p>\n<p>                     149, 341, 323, 324, 337, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code<\/p>\n<p>                     and 27 of the Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               This Court by order dated 03.09.2010 observed if the trial<\/p>\n<p>                     court finds that the age of the petitioner is about 80 years, he may<\/p>\n<p>                     release him on bail. The trial court found that the age of the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner is about 70 &#8211; 72 years.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a<\/p>\n<p>                     case and counter case. He further submits that there was free fight<\/p>\n<p>                     between the parties, in which both sides have sustained injuries.<\/p>\n<p>                               In the circumstances, petitioner, named above, is directed<\/p>\n<p>                     to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000\/- (Five<\/p>\n<p>                     thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                     satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran<\/p>\n<p>                     at Motihari in connection with Patahi P.S. case no. 09 of 2009.<\/p>\n<p>                                              (Samarendra Pratap Singh, J.)<br \/>\nUday\/\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Ram Bilash Singh vs State Of Bihar on 22 December, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.
