A Division Bench<\/p>\n<p>of this Court in the decision of <a href=\"\/doc\/113374\/\">Deepak Krishna V. District<\/p>\n<p>Registrar<\/a> [2007(3) KLT 570] has held that such statutory<\/p>\n<p>notice cannot be waived. Therefore, I do not find any merit in<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition and accordingly the same is dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>                                              S.
