SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\nDate\n: 08\/07\/2011 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.0.\tA<br \/>\ngrievance which is voiced in the present Special Criminal Application<br \/>\nis that despite the conviction by the concerned learned Metropolitan<br \/>\nMagistrate, Court No.9, Ahmedabad convicting the original accused<br \/>\nno.3 -Bhavarlal L. Lodha by order dated 10.1.2007 in Criminal Case<br \/>\nNo.2208 of 1997 and despite the same being confirmed by the learned<br \/>\nSessions Court, Ahmedabad and warrant issued by the concerned<br \/>\nMagistrate, the same are not executed by the concerned authority at<br \/>\nRajasthan.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.0.\tUnder<br \/>\nthe circumstance, present Special Criminal Application is disposed of<br \/>\nat this stage by directing the concerned Magistrate who has issued<br \/>\nthe warrant and \/ or who has now to issue fresh warrant to see to it<br \/>\nthat now the concerned authority execute the warrant upon that<br \/>\naccused person at the earliest. With this present Special Criminal<br \/>\nApplication is disposed of.
