Geetha and Ms.A.K.Lakshmy present along with their<\/p>\n<p>counsel.   Pursuant   to   the   agreement   dated   4.4.2007,   Sri.   Raveendranath   has   paid<\/p>\n<p>Rs.15,00,000\/- (Rs.Fifteen lakhs only) in our presence by demand daft No.809402 drawn<\/p>\n<p>on   the   Union   Bank   of   India,   Chovva   Branch,   Cannore-6   to   his   daughter,   Ms.Lakshmy<\/p>\n<p>payable at Mumbai.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       The marriage between Sri.C.N.Raveedranath and Smt.Geetha stand dissolved as per<\/p>\n<p>the agreement already recorded.  The appeals are disposed of on the basis of the agreement<\/p>\n<p>dated 4.4.2007.  A copy of the order dated 4.4.2007 will be issued to the parties and their<\/p>\n<p>counsel.
