It has<\/p>\n<p>                     also been submitted that earlier the prayer<\/p>\n<p>                     for    bail   was   rejected        lastly    on   3.2.2010<\/p>\n<p>                     vide Cr.Misc.No. 29200 of 2009. However, the<\/p>\n<p>                     trial court was directed               to expedite the<\/p>\n<p>                     trial and conclude the same within one year.<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the period of detention<\/p>\n<p>                     as well as the report of the court below<\/p>\n<p>                     that   only   four    prosecution          witnesses      have<\/p>\n<p>                     been examined, the above named petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                     directed      to     be     released         on    bail    on<\/p>\n<p>                     furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-(Rupees<\/p>\n<p>                     ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          amount     each     to   the   satisfaction    of<\/p>\n<p>          Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court<\/p>\n<p>          No. I, Lakhisarai in Sessions Case No. 740<\/p>\n<p>          of 2008 arising out of Halsi P.S.Case No. 61<\/p>\n<p>          of 2004.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nTahir\/-                     (Shyam Kishore Sharma, J.)\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
