Mr. KL Pandya, learned APP waives service of Notice of Rule on<br \/>\nbehalf of the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.<br \/>\nThe applicant, has taken out present application seeking extension of<br \/>\ntemporary bail granted by this Court vide order dated 13.10.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\nHeard learned advocate for the applicant and learned APP for the<br \/>\nState.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.<br \/>\nConsidering the submissions canvased by the learned advocates of both<br \/>\nthe sides and on perusal of the record, it transpires that the wife<br \/>\nof the applicant is suffering from poly menorrgia. Hence, I am of the<br \/>\nview that the temporary bail granted by this Court is required to be<br \/>\nextended up to  02.11.2011 on<br \/>\nsame terms and conditions. The applicant shall<br \/>\nsurrender himself immediately after expiry of the aforesaid period.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.<br \/>\nThe application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule is made<br \/>\nabsolute to that extent.
