The prayer and subject of the<\/p>\n<p>                     government order read together clearly spells out that the prayer<\/p>\n<p>                     has been made for the aided school while the government&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>                     order on the subject of unaided school including the minority<\/p>\n<p>                     schools.&#8221;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                 Thus, in our opinion the petition is misconceived<\/p>\n<p>                     liable to be dismissed and is accordingly dismissed.    It is open<\/p>\n<p>                     for the petitioner to file a proper petition by the aggrieved<\/p>\n<p>                     minority schools.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<pre>\n\n\n\n\n                                                ( Prakash Chandra Verma, J. )\n\n\n        Mkr.
