No. 7146 OF 2002\n               ---------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 18th day of January, 2008.\n\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The prayer in this original petition is for interest for the<\/p>\n<p>delayed disbursement of pensionary benefits.           It is for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner either to approach the Government or the Civil Court.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of the petitioner thus approaching either the<\/p>\n<p>Government or the Civil Court, the period of pendency of the<\/p>\n<p>original petition shall be excluded while computing the period of<\/p>\n<p>limitation.
