SIRI JAGAN, J.\n\n                   ------------------------------------\n\n                      W.P.(C)No. 35737 OF 2007\n\n                 ----------------------------------------\n\n                 Dated this the 3rd day of December, 2007\n\n\n                                JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The   petitioners   were   appointed   to   the   post   of   Last   Grade<\/p>\n<p>Servants   by   the   4th  respondent   in   his   Colleges.     The   same   was<\/p>\n<p>approved only  from  the  date  of  order  of  approval  and not  from<\/p>\n<p>the   date   of   appointment.     Claiming   approval   and   disbursal   of<\/p>\n<p>salary  with  effect  from  the  date  of   appointment,  the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>have filed Ext.P7 representation before the 1st  respondent.   The<\/p>\n<p>petitioners seek expeditious disposal of the same.<\/p>\n<p>       2.    I   have   heard   the   learned   Government   pleader   also.<\/p>\n<p>There would be a direction to the 1st  respondent to consider and<\/p>\n<p>pass appropriate orders on Ext.P7 as expeditiously as possible, at<\/p>\n<p>any rate, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy<\/p>\n<p>of this judgment.   Representative of the petitioners shall also be<\/p>\n<p>afforded an opportunity of being heard before passing orders on<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P7.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       The writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                                        S.
