The &#8216;I&#8217;I&#8217;ibunal;&#8217; of&#8217; impugrled order,<\/p>\n<p>set aside the &#8216;therein and remanded the<\/p>\n<p>matter  &#8221;   respondent therein for<\/p>\n<p> , A_ reeeiisideratien the second respondent to<\/p>\n<p> &#8216;e;perate,_vti1e\u00absereiees till his application is disposed off by<\/p>\n<p>the   Aggrieved by the same, the present<\/p>\n<p>is filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>  The ieamed counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>it   snhmitted that the finding of the &#8216;I&#8217;ribunal is erroneous<\/p>\n<p>,&#8230;u_.\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;.3&#8230;\n<\/p>\n<p>in so far as it relates to the fact that no material was<br \/>\nplaced by the appellant therein to substantiate his case.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner submits that substantial materiais were<\/p>\n<p>placed by him and the finding therefore is erroneoiiS.:44eI&#8221;~V: 2.<\/p>\n<p>4.
