The appellant had asked about the space that leaves on road side and unauthorized<br \/>\nencroachment. The appellant also wants to know about site map and site plan etc.<\/p>\n<p>The PIO replied:\n<\/p>\n<p>       The PIO had been supplied Para wise information to the appellant as per office record.<br \/>\nBut appellant was dissatisfied by the PIO reply.\n<\/p>\n<p>The Fist Appellate Authority Ordered:<br \/>\nNot replied.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant facts emerging during hearing<br \/>\nThe following were present.\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Mr. M.K. Chotiwala Tripathi<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. D.P.Ture on behalf of Ms. Chandra Y. Reddy PIO<br \/>\nThe following information must be provided:\n<\/p>\n<p>    1. The certified copy of the allotment letter.\n<\/p>\n<p>   2. A copy of the layout plan asked in point 2 of the RTI application.<br \/>\nThe appellant would like to inspect files.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO will facilitate an inspection of files by the appellant on 23, 24 and 25 March<br \/>\n2009 from 11am to 4.00pm.
