In\u00a0this\u00a0writ\u00a0petition,\u00a0the\u00a0petitioner\u00a0has\u00a0prayed\u00a0for\u00a0a\u00a0direction\u00a0<br \/>\n             on \u00a0 the \u00a0 respondents \u00a0 to \u00a0 pay \u00a0 the \u00a0 arrears \u00a0 of \u00a0 leave \u00a0 salary \u00a0 for \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\n             period\u00a010th\u00a0April,\u00a01997\u00a0to\u00a05th\u00a0December,\u00a01997\u00a0and\u00a0half\u00a0pay\u00a0leave\u00a0<br \/>\n             salary \u00a0 for \u00a0 the \u00a0 period \u00a0 from \u00a0 6th\u00a0 December, \u00a0 1997 \u00a0 to \u00a0 12th\u00a0 January,\u00a0<br \/>\n             1998.\u00a0He\u00a0has\u00a0also\u00a0prayed\u00a0for\u00a0a\u00a0direction\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0respondents\u00a0to\u00a0<br \/>\n             pay\u00a0him\u00a0all\u00a0admissible\u00a0retiral\u00a0dues.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>                    It \u00a0has \u00a0 been\u00a0 stated\u00a0 that \u00a0the \u00a0petitioner\u00a0 retired\u00a0 as \u00a0Assistant\u00a0<br \/>\n             Commissioner \u00a0 of \u00a0 Commercial \u00a0 Taxes, \u00a0 Singhbhum \u00a0 Circle,\u00a0<br \/>\n             Jamshedpur\u00a0on\u00a031st\u00a0 January,\u00a02011.\u00a0During\u00a0his\u00a0service\u00a0period,\u00a0the\u00a0<br \/>\n             petitioner \u00a0 had \u00a0 availed \u00a0 leave. \u00a0 The \u00a0 leave \u00a0 was \u00a0 granted \u00a0 and \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\n             salary\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0period\u00a0from\u00a010th\u00a0 April,\u00a01997\u00a0to\u00a05th\u00a0 December,\u00a01997\u00a0<br \/>\n             (total\u00a0240\u00a0days)\u00a0and\u00a0half\u00a0salary\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0period\u00a0from\u00a06th\u00a0December,\u00a0<br \/>\n             1997 \u00a0 to \u00a0 12th\u00a0 January, \u00a0 1998 \u00a0 were \u00a0 sanctioned \u00a0 by \u00a0 Notification\u00a0<br \/>\n             no.2282\u00a0dated\u00a01st\u00a0 October,\u00a02008.\u00a0The\u00a0office\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Accountant\u00a0<br \/>\n             General\u00a0had\u00a0also\u00a0issued\u00a0pay\u00a0slip\u00a0on\u00a05th\u00a0 March,\u00a02009\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0said\u00a0<br \/>\n             amount.\u00a0But \u00a0the\u00a0amounts\u00a0which\u00a0are\u00a0payable\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0petitioner\u00a0<br \/>\n             during\u00a0service\u00a0period\u00a0has\u00a0not\u00a0been\u00a0paid\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0petitioner.\u00a0The\u00a0<br \/>\n             petitioner, \u00a0 thereafter, \u00a0 retired \u00a0 and \u00a0 after \u00a0 his \u00a0 retirement \u00a0 he \u00a0 was\u00a0<br \/>\n             entitled\u00a0to\u00a0get\u00a0all\u00a0his\u00a0service\u00a0terminal\u00a0benefits\u00a0including\u00a0the\u00a0said\u00a0<br \/>\n             amount\u00a0of\u00a0leave\u00a0salary,\u00a0already\u00a0sanctioned\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0competent\u00a0<br \/>\n             authority. \u00a0 But \u00a0 in \u00a0 spite \u00a0 of \u00a0 his \u00a0 repeated \u00a0 requests \u00a0 and\u00a0<br \/>\n             representations\u00a0neither\u00a0the\u00a0said\u00a0amount\u00a0of\u00a0service\u00a0period\u00a0nor\u00a0his\u00a0<br \/>\n             retirement\u00a0benefits\u00a0have\u00a0been\u00a0paid\u00a0to\u00a0him\u00a0till\u00a0date.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>                    Learned \u00a0 J.C. \u00a0 to \u00a0 S.C.I, \u00a0 appearing \u00a0 on \u00a0 behalf \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 State\u00a0<br \/>\n             respondents,\u00a0has\u00a0not\u00a0denied\u00a0the\u00a0said\u00a0facts\u00a0and\u00a0contentions.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>                    Mr.\u00a0S.\u00a0Srivastava,\u00a0learned\u00a0counsel,\u00a0appearing\u00a0on\u00a0behalf\u00a0of\u00a0<br \/>\n             the\u00a0\u00a0Accountant\u00a0\u00a0General,\u00a0\u00a0has\u00a0\u00a0also\u00a0\u00a0accepted\u00a0\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0pay\u00a0slip<br \/>\n                                           \u00ad2\u00ad<br \/>\n\u00a0         was \u00a0 issued \u00a0 from \u00a0 the \u00a0 office \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 Accountant \u00a0 General \u00a0 on \u00a0 5th\u00a0<br \/>\n          March,\u00a02009.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>                 In \u00a0 view \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 above, \u00a0 this \u00a0 writ \u00a0 petition \u00a0 is \u00a0 disposed \u00a0 of,\u00a0<br \/>\n          directing\u00a0the\u00a0Respondent\u00a0nos.2\u00a0and\u00a03\u00a0to\u00a0make\u00a0payment\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0<br \/>\n          amount \u00a0 of \u00a0 leave \u00a0 salary, \u00a0 which \u00a0 was \u00a0 already \u00a0 sanctioned \u00a0 long\u00a0<br \/>\n          back\u00a0in\u00a02008\u00a0and\u00a0payment\u00a0order\u00a0was\u00a0passed\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0Accountant\u00a0<br \/>\n          General\u00a0on\u00a05th\u00a0March,\u00a02009,\u00a0within\u00a0a\u00a0period\u00a0of\u00a0six\u00a0weeks\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0<br \/>\n          date\u00a0of\u00a0receipt\/production\u00a0of\u00a0a\u00a0copy\u00a0of\u00a0this\u00a0order.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>                 So\u00a0far\u00a0as\u00a0the\u00a0retiral\u00a0dues\u00a0are\u00a0concerned,\u00a0the\u00a0petitioner\u00a0is\u00a0at\u00a0<br \/>\n          liberty \u00a0 to \u00a0 file \u00a0 representation, \u00a0 along \u00a0 with \u00a0 a \u00a0 copy \u00a0 of \u00a0 this \u00a0 order,\u00a0<br \/>\n          before\u00a0the\u00a0concerned\u00a0departmental\u00a0authority,\u00a0giving\u00a0details\u00a0of\u00a0<br \/>\n          his \u00a0 claim\/dues. \u00a0 If \u00a0 such \u00a0 representation \u00a0 is \u00a0 filed, \u00a0 the \u00a0 concerned\u00a0<br \/>\n          authority\u00a0shall\u00a0consider\u00a0the\u00a0same\u00a0and\u00a0pass\u00a0appropriate\u00a0order\u00a0in\u00a0<br \/>\n          accordance\u00a0with\u00a0law\u00a0within\u00a0a\u00a0period\u00a0of\u00a0eight\u00a0weeks\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0<br \/>\n          date\u00a0of\u00a0receipt\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0representation.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>                 If\u00a0the\u00a0petitioner\u00a0is\u00a0found\u00a0entitled\u00a0to\u00a0get\u00a0one\u00a0or\u00a0the\u00a0other\u00a0<br \/>\n          claim(s)\/due(s),\u00a0the\u00a0admitted\u00a0amount\u00a0with\u00a0statutory\u00a0interest\u00a0shall\u00a0<br \/>\n          be \u00a0 paid \u00a0 to \u00a0 him \u00a0 within \u00a0 a \u00a0 period \u00a0 of \u00a0 six \u00a0 weeks \u00a0 thereafter. \u00a0 If \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\n          amount(s)\u00a0found\u00a0payable\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0petitioner\u00a0is\/are\u00a0not\u00a0paid\u00a0within\u00a0<br \/>\n          the \u00a0 said \u00a0 period, \u00a0 the \u00a0 petitioner \u00a0 shall \u00a0 be \u00a0 further \u00a0 entitled \u00a0 to \u00a0 get\u00a0<br \/>\n
