APP (DB) No.989 of 2010\n                         AKHILESH CHAUDHARY\n                                  Versus\n                             STATE OF BIHAR\n                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>04\/   19.01.2011           LCR has been received.<\/p>\n<p>                           Counsel for the appellant submits that the evidence<\/p>\n<p>                   on record indicates that the victim (P.W. 1) was abducted by<\/p>\n<p>                   the accused persons. There is no evidence to show that there<\/p>\n<p>                   was any threat of his life by the accused persons and any<\/p>\n<p>                   demand was made by the accused persons for ransom. This<\/p>\n<p>                   appellant is in custody since 18.8.2006.<\/p>\n<p>                           Considering these facts, prayer for bail on behalf of<\/p>\n<p>                   appellant Akhilesh Chaudhary is allowed. During the<\/p>\n<p>                   pendency of this appeal, he is directed to be released on bail<\/p>\n<p>                   on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- (ten thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>                   two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>                   Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C.
