No.8456 of 2011\n                      BIMAL SINGH, SON OF LATE SONELAL SINGH\n                                          Versus\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   27.4.2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                 State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner was refused bail by an order dated<\/p>\n<p>                 23.7.2010 in Cr. Misc. 24869 of 2010 since three fire arms were<\/p>\n<p>                 recovered from his possession but it was stated that it was<\/p>\n<p>                 being rejected at this stage. The petitioner is in custody since<\/p>\n<p>                 18.4.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the same, let the petitioner above<\/p>\n<p>                 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                 5,000\/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                 each or any other surety to be fixed by the court concerned to<\/p>\n<p>                 the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in<\/p>\n<p>                 Sadar P.S. Case No. 126 of 2010 (G.R. No. 868 of 2010)<\/p>\n<p>                 subject to the following conditions: (i)That one of the bailors will<\/p>\n<p>                 be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit<\/p>\n<p>                 giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                 the other shall be the wife of the petitioner. The bailor will<\/p>\n<p>                 undertake to furnish information to the Court about any change<\/p>\n<p>                 in address of the petitioner. (ii)That the bailor shall also state on<\/p>\n<p>                 affidavit that he will inform the court concerned if the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                 is implicated in any other case of similar nature after his release<\/p>\n<p>                 in the present case and thereafter the court below will be at<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        liberty to initiate the proceeding for cancellation of bail on the<\/p>\n<p>        ground of misuse. (iii)That the petitioner will give an undertaking<\/p>\n<p>        that he will receive the police papers on the given date and be<\/p>\n<p>        present on date fixed for charge and if he fails to do so on two<\/p>\n<p>        given dates and delays the trial in any manner, his bail will be<\/p>\n<p>        liable to be cancelled for reasons of misuse.
