BRIND KUMAR, SON OF RAM BHAGWAN PRASAD\n                                           Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02    11.02.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well<\/p>\n<p>                     as learned Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                   Petitioners seek their bail in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                     S.K. Puri P.S. Case No. 165 of 2010 registered under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                     454 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Petitioners are named in the First Information<\/p>\n<p>                     Report but admittedly, the informant is not an eye-witness of<\/p>\n<p>                     the alleged occurrence rather he came to know about the name<\/p>\n<p>                     of these petitioners from his neighbours. The impugned order<\/p>\n<p>                     of learned Sessions Judge reveals that the neighbours of the<\/p>\n<p>                     informant have claimed to have seen the petitioners loitering<\/p>\n<p>                     near the apartment in which the flat of the informant was<\/p>\n<p>                     situated.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Considering      the    aforesaid   facts    and<\/p>\n<p>                     circumstances as well as submissions of the parties above<\/p>\n<p>                     named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                     furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten Thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                     sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief<\/p>\n<p>                     Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with above stated S.K.<\/p>\n<p>                     Puri P.S.
