The petitioner does not have any criminal<\/p>\n<p>                     antecedent.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let<\/p>\n<p>                     the petitioner, namely, Shiv Narayan Yadav be released on bail<\/p>\n<p>                     on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                     sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jankinagar<\/p>\n<p>                     P.S.
