He wanted a copy of the entire file regarding this. He also wanted information\nof the names and designations of the officers who had undertaken the demolition. At query-3 he\nsought information about how many demolitions had been ordered in 01\/01\/2001 to 26\/08\/2009.\n\nReply of PIO:\nReply sent by the Respondent no.1 (wherein a letter of the respondent no. 2 was enclosed with\nfollowing information):\n\nProperty No. 766-81\/VI of Slum &amp; JJ Department, MCD was transferred by Punarvas Ministry.\nThere is no Property bearing no. 768\/1 as part of this Property.\n   1. He has provided the copy of<br \/>\nthe entire file as also names of officer who were present during the demolition. The PIO states he<br \/>\nhad subsequently given the record of demolition undertaken during 2009 on 29\/12\/2009.
