It is averred in para 4 that the<\/p>\n<p>interim directions have been complied with and the bills in question have<\/p>\n<p>been passed by the respondent and payments have been effected already. In<\/p>\n<p>para 6 of the affidavit, explanation has offered for the delay in the matter.<\/p>\n<p>      In the light of the averments contained in the affidavit, no further<\/p>\n<p>action is called for.
