Justice K.T.SANKARAN\n\n Dated :11\/03\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                         K.T.SANKARAN, J.\n            ------------------------------------------------------\n                     B.A. NO. 1376 OF 2010\n            ------------------------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 11th day of March, 2010\n\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The petitioner apprehends arrest by Sreekandapuram Police<\/p>\n<p>on an accusation of having committed non-bailable offence. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with the suicide of one<\/p>\n<p>Nisha. Therefore, he has filed this application for anticipatory bail<\/p>\n<p>under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.<\/p>\n<p>       2.  The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that Nisha<\/p>\n<p>committed suicide on 18.2.2010 and a crime was registered as<\/p>\n<p>Crime No.97 of 2010 of Sreekandapuram Police Station under<\/p>\n<p>Section 174 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It is also submitted<\/p>\n<p>that as of now, nobody is arrayed as an accused in the case and,<\/p>\n<p>therefore, there is no intention to arrest anybody including the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       The submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor is<\/p>\n<p>recorded and the Bail Application is closed.
