DENESAN, J.\n\n\n\n                 = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n                   W.P.(C) No. 1476 OF 2007 A\n\n                 = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n\n\n               Dated this the 12th January, 2007\n\n\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Heard   counsel   for   the   petitioner   and   counsel   for<\/p>\n<p>the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. The challenge is to Ext. P1 order passed by the<\/p>\n<p>Asst. General Manager of the 1st respondent transferring<\/p>\n<p>the   petitioner   from   Trivandrum   to   Vechoochira   Branch.\n<\/p>\n<p>He   has   been   directed   to   report   for   duty   in   the   new<\/p>\n<p>place   immediately.     The   petitioner   feels   aggrieved   by<\/p>\n<p>the   order   of   transfer.           He   has   filed   Ext.   P5<\/p>\n<p>representation   before   the   Zonal   Manager   seeking   to<\/p>\n<p>reconsider   the   order   and   permit   him   to   continue   at<\/p>\n<p>Trivandrum.  Going by the dates shown in Ext. P5 it was<\/p>\n<p>sent on 7-12-2006.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.   Counsel   for   the   respondents   submits   that   the<\/p>\n<p>Zonal   Manager   to   whom   Ext.   P5   is   addressed   will   look<\/p>\n<p>into   the   grievance   of   the   petitioner   and   appropriate<\/p>\n<p>decision   will   be   taken.     It   is   submitted   that   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   who   is   directed   to   report   immediately<\/p>\n<p>pursuant   to   Ext.   P1   order   has   not   so   far   reported   for<\/p>\n<p>duty   and   since   his   service   is   very   much   required,   the<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC No.1476 \/2007                   -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>petitioner shall immediately report for duty.\n<\/p>\n<p>        4.   I   am   not   inclined   to   pass   any   interim   order<\/p>\n<p>though   counsel  for  the  petitioner  submits  that  Ext.  P1<\/p>\n<p>may be kept in abeyance.\n<\/p>\n<p>        5.   Having   regard   to   all   facts   and   circumstances<\/p>\n<p>there shall be an order directing the Zonal Manager of<\/p>\n<p>the   1st  respondent   to   consider   Ext.   P5   and   pass   orders<\/p>\n<p>in   accordance   with   law   within   one   month   from   the   date<\/p>\n<p>of receipt of a copy of the judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                    K.K.
