Misc. No.5244 of<\/p>\n<p>                           2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Taking that into consideration petitioner is also<\/p>\n<p>                           allowed the same privilege.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be<\/p>\n<p>                           released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>                           thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                           satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Chapra, Siwan in<\/p>\n<p>                           connection with Bhagwan Bazar P. S. Case No.137 of 2009<\/p>\n<p>                           (S. Tr.
