Since petitioner has claimed that vehicle was<\/p>\n<p>garaged somewhere, this court directed seizure of vehicle by the Police on<\/p>\n<p>intimation by the petitioner.            Even though interim order was passed on<\/p>\n<p>3.8.2004, petitioner does not appear to have followed up the matter or traced<\/p>\n<p>the vehicle.  It was made clear in the order that stay will take effect only<\/p>\n<p>from the date the vehicle was taken possession by the Police.
