As such,<\/p>\n<p>                it is prayed that the case be restored to its<\/p>\n<p>                original file.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           In view of submissions, the restoration<\/p>\n<p>                application is allowed and Cr.Misc.No. 39521 of<\/p>\n<p>                2010 is restored to its original file.<\/p>\n<p>                           Learned    counsel    for    the     petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                submits that requisite for issuance of notice<\/p>\n<p>                on opposite party no.2 in original case has<\/p>\n<p>                been filed on 20.4.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Office to verify the same and take step<\/p>\n<p>                for compliance of order dated 16.3.2011.<\/p>\n<p>                           Meanwhile interim protection granted to<\/p>\n<p>                the petitioner by order dated 16.3.2011 passed<\/p>\n<p>                in Cr.Misc.No. 39521 of 2010 shall continue.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                     2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>             Let   this   order   including    the    order<\/p>\n<p>     dated 16.3.2011 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 39521 of<\/p>\n<p>     2010 be communicated to the court below through<\/p>\n<p>     fax at the cost of the petitioner.<\/p>\n<pre>AI                                    ( Mandhata Singh, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
